1. Gently clean crystals with a soft cloth or brush. Avoid harsh chemicals. Some can be rinsed under lukewarm water (check for water-soluble crystals like selenite).
   
2. Charge crystals in sunlight (except light-sensitive ones), moonlight (especially during a full moon), or by burying them in the earth. Selenite can cleanse other crystals.
   
3. Store crystals separately to avoid scratches. Keep away from heat and moisture.
   
4. Handle with clean hands and care, as crystals are energetically sensitive.
   
5. Cleanse and recharge crystals after using them for healing or meditation.
